Always had a soft spot for Accutrons (saw Glen's post and didnt wanna hijack it), and I just picked this up.
It's a totally custom "Spaceview" conversion, built off of a 224 Accuquartz movement. The 224 was a hybrid movement that combined quartz technology with the tuning fork technology. Essentially, the tuning fork is passive in this model, and acts as a stepper motor to drive it. Still hums like the 214's with a greater deal of accuracy.
This one was built with the chapter ring, etc.
