After replacing various o-rings, hoses and clamps I put the intake manifold back on this evening. What a pain that was, not difficult but there must be a technique/order to putting the hoses on, the lower bolt on and the 8 intake bolts on that I don't know. I just covered the ports in a piece of card while I frigged with various hoses then carefully put the gaskets on and torqued it up. At some point in the middle of which I repeatedly dropped the bottom bolt whilst trying to get in in and all aligned.

Just waiting for my injectors to return from Witchhunter now. Hopefully will run better since I found at least one of the intake gaskets has signs of leakage. Probably more ove a problem than the leaky hoses.
