My first Duc, a 750 Paso, circa 1999 at Laguna Seca for the GP races:
I bought a 998 new in 02, and promptly tracked it at California Speedway. I was used to racing 250 GP bikes at the time, so I was overly ham-fisted, resulting in lurid rear wheel slides out of corners, and engine locking into the corners. After about 10 laps, I decided I was going to throw away my new $18K bike, so I parked it.
