Seriously, if you are looking for something with the same form factor (hard shell), you might consider something like a Pelican (no, the other Pelican) case.
Something similar to this maybe.
Then you would get the
"I wonder if he's got a break-down sniper rifle in there" looks, instead of the
"I wonder if he's transporting narcotics" looks.
