On any wreck, fender bender etc, i always complain of neck, back, shoulder or leg pain. Get it documented by police report...take the ambulance ride if necessary. Then when the insurance, blood sucking, attorney wont pay for diminished value, or make you financially whole again, you have negotiating power on your side. You can tell them the doctor bills are piling up and you might need rehab etc. otherwise, you are dreaming if you think the insurance company gives a rats ###about how they treat you. You have been damaged, maybe up to 50% of the value of your car, according to your estimate, and you can do nothing but ask for a favor to make you whole again. Having a documented injury gives me equal power to negotiate for a fair deal...
