I haven't had the car repaired yet; I haven't even filed the claim. Assuming there's no hidden damage, I'm sure a decent body shop replace and re-paint the bumper. My greater concern is about the Carfax report. If a prospective buyer is considering my car and another without any Carfax reports, I think mine would be choice number 2 if not choice 3 or 4 or never.

I'm mostly wondering if the insurance company (State Farm) will report to Carmax.
