There was hill climb at Ft Davis in West Texas a few weeks ago and for the first time in my life I lost weight on purpose

. I'm pretty skinny anyway at 6'2" and 175 lbs but I still lost about 3 lbs. Don't know if it helped. I did the 7 mile climb in about 38 minutes while the winner was 26 minutes. The winner was a CAT 5 racer and he beat a CAT 1 racer by a couple minutes! I'm thinking he must do the climb about once a week
