State farm won't do stated value either. They do "Actual Value."

If they lowball, I suppose one can always ask for them to find a suitable like substitue rather than taking the cash payout?
Agreed to Value policies seem critical to cars that were restored, and the owner spent WAY MORE than the average similar car costs... I would think...
