At $28K it would likely sell in 5 minutes or less, no PPI, no haggling, and several backups at the price.

I agree that it is at least a low- to mid-30s car as it sits.

I owned one almost exactly like that before my daughter was born and I am still kicking myself for selling it when I did (especially since I'm now in the market). I reasoned that I wouldn't have any time for it when I made the call to sell. I was wrong, I almost certainly could have kept it and now I'm looking for its equal at many more dollars than what I bought and sold it for.

You don't want to be a cautionary tale like I am. Just my two cents.
