I do this stuff every day and sell all three brands so I'm happy to answer any questions anyone might have here on the forum. I will add one more thing to this conversation. Aesthetically talking, in the Porsche with either the matte black finish dash kit or factory matched silver dash kit, I do think the Alpine or the full 7" Kenwood or any Pioneer NEX model looks cleaner than the DNX691HD. Kenwood uses a shiny black finish on their eXcelon product and it would drive me nuts against either matte black or silver dash kit. It's the little things sometimes that make a big difference.
