Cereal was invented because Dr. Harvey Kellogg thought eating meat for breakfast made people think about sex all day.
Conversely, Henry Ford required factory workers to eat a big breakfast with lots of meat because they were more productive during the day if they did.
Pink Floyd says, If you don't eat your meat, you can't have any pudding.
