I need some attic rat work done. Kinda wish Brian Swope still did uverse installs. He pulled some cat 5 for me a few years ago, he was only up there 5 minutes. Pulled and terminated 2 runs and put new ends on all my cable coax at a splitter in the attic. And because it only took him 5 minutes he refused to let me pay him. That's a hard deal to beat.

Need to move my servers out of the guest bedroom. Going to need someplace for a caregiver to live in the future. The most economical option seems to be providing full time room and board plus a meager salary to a retired nurse on a fixed income.
