Oh great. Just got an email from the company marketing department. Says all employees are to use a standardized signature on all company emails that includes the company logo and address and phone numbers. It has a bunch of stuff about branding and how important it is for everyone's emails to look the same from the company. It even provides instructions for adding the standard signature to emails on desktop computers, iPhones, and iPads. This email from the head of the marketing department telling everyone about branding and how everything needs to have the same look was a fancy HTML email with all kinds of colors formatting and graphics AND did not even use the standard signature the email was telling everyone to use.
