A more controversial question is that 'is it rape if the person being violated has an orgasm?' That was an actual defense awhile ago - not sure why the women admitted to having an orgasm while she was being raped but it brought up all sorts of questions. I can't remember if he was acquitted or not.

Agreed on the first point. However, what a crock using the defense that the victim had a physical response to the contact. It can be involuntary - and that shouldn't be held against the victim.
In any case, I doubt this kid will be horribly scarred by the encounter. Doesn't make it right; but, it could be worse.
