Living in an adjoining county to OR has the WSP is on alert for "tax scofflaws" so one has to be careful. As I said, I don't mind doing what it takes to comply with the regs.....even if it means buying a trailer.
I'm askng for $33K OBO for the Mustang.....I have substantially more into it...but I'd take 30K.

Based on your hints at condition, could be a condition 3 car with a rough value of $27,800 as of September 2014. So your $30k estimate is not far off.
