3.2 stock internals and chip, RS replica light weight carpet, much of interior is painted with a sound absorbing paint, aftermarket engine sound pad.

I have tried the following combos over the last couple of years.

- stock manifolds, straight pipe/cat delete with M&K 1 in 1 out, pretty loud, ok sound, not sure about cell phone on the freeway, pretty loud for a daily

- B&B headers 1 5/8 2 in 2 out Flow master style with Super trapps welded on both outs, loud , drone and very very heavy. no cell phone use possible on freeway, no way on a daily

- B&B with flow master 2/2 removable cap, loud and big drone, cap did not help much. No cell phone use possible on freeway. barely possible on a daily

- B&B with Magna Flow 2/2 removable cap, less loud and less drone. Still a bit much for a daily, which it is not. Hard to talk on the phone on the freeway but doable.

I wrapped the last 2 mufflers with header wrap and that helps a little.

I also tried the metal flaps trick to separate flow in the 2nd version. It did not have much effect for my set up.

I recently put a large moving blanket in the back draped over the parcel shelf and that helped a little.

I think in the end I am going to get a cheap used stock 2 in 1 out and have it modified to bollt on. I had this on SSIs on a 3.0 on an earlier car and I liked it the best. It noticeably effects power but I will switch to megaphones for the track days.

I will add rankings later, I need to re read how that is supposed to work. I am confused is 10 loud or good or both?
