This time of year, you should be able to get several thousand off sticker on anything in stock. My most recent one appeared to have only one option (the HomeLink garage transmitter, which I never got to work).
Dealers sometimes order 'no option' vehicles aka "strippers" in order to have a price leader they hope no one will buy... so they can continue to pull people in on the price for months and months.
