I really donīt get this.
Your avarege potential buyer venturing into the 930 market with the intention to make a +100K USD purchase is not going to be some clueless moron who accidentially signs a big check.
He/her will probably have researched the market and will probably be more informed and more up to date than the average guy posting on this forum.

By the way, theres also this possible scenario:
A couple of years from now the price is perhaps 300K USD.
Then we will have a lot of sore potential buyers who were advised not to buy when it was around 100K USD
