I have a 1987 911 Coupe with NO TITLE . It was purchased from a salvage company years ago for a race car project. The salvage company cut out the VIN number and removed the sticker on the door post.
The car had a fire in the front hood area. The car is only suitable for parts or conversion into a race car. It would make a great donor car for a wrecked 911 or base for a race car.
The floor pans, engine compartment are in good shape. The car comes with doors, engine lid, The calipers are still on the car and it has roller wheels. The hood and fenders were involved in the fire and might be salvageable. There is some evidence of rust in the front pan area. The dash is there but has minor fire damage, no gauges seats etc.
The car is located in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. I'm only 1 hr from the USA border crossing @ Calais Maine but am not sure if Customs will give you a problem because there is no VIN.
I have the car under a cover in the driveway to keep it dry over the winter. I understand with winter fast approaching pickup take may a little time to arrange but will require payment upon purchase.
Here are some pics to get started, I'll post detailed pics sometime during the weekend.
