3.2L engine is from a 01 Porsche Boxster S. The car was bought in auction& was salvage titled. The engine started & the car drove & operated fine with no knocks. however, engine had a misfire problem above 4000rpm ish. The engine has no cracked heads, no cracked sleeves, no broken valves, no broken rods, no broken pistons, or no valve piston contact.
This could be a good shot for someone to build a engine to their specification- for track, weekend warrior , or build a fresh overhauled engine for swap or spare.
Very likely cause of high rpm misfire is bad rod bearing(s) or bad main bearing(s).
All other parts for sale besides engine are in good usable condition.
