My quip was only partially serious as I do know people like these, for all stated reasons. My sister-in-law purchased a cx-5 and its literally a bad handling, upright seated sedan. I can't imagine how small/useless this one will be. Her 50lb dog doesn't fit in the cargo area without looking like he's playing Twister while pressing his doggy beard against the glass...but she "loves" it and her $400/mo payment.
To me they're ridiculous, but hey, this is coming from a guy who uses both hands to drive, doesn't talk or text while driving and can fit a wife, her crap, 2-60lb pit mixes, a baby, his crap, 2 sets of golf clubs and my toothbrush in a '01 540i...for a family weekend at the beach
