The factory green wire was hardwired all the way to the CD box, the replacement is designed to be spliced in without opening the entire wiring loom.
You need an AMP/TYCO style, 2 pin connector. Also called a fuel injector connector, EV-1 style connector, and about a dozen other things.
It's the same connector that is used on the WUR, AAR, cold start injector, and air plate sensor. Used in a million cars for a million various things.
Search for either:
"Bosch EV-1" (I like this style, the removal is easier, but the connector is too big to be used in tight locations)
"AMP Junior Timer" which is closer to the stock style on the engine.
"bosch fuel injector terminal kit" gives lots of options as well.
You might even find one down the street at the car parts store.
Cut the green wire, use the terminal kit to connect one wire to the center core and one to the spiral wrap. Use the existing wire to determine which wire is which in the connector that goes into the distributor, if you get it switched the car will barely run.
