Last week I came across this as I was walking the dogs. Very interesting...
Of course I had to touch it! The ice was so fine as it touched my fingers it melted immediately.
I'm thinking that the plants outgassed water vapor, burst due to the cold or something else.
Any ideas? Ever see anything like this?
