Its between you and the guy driving, and he's gonna be in water driving uninsured. If you have insurance for uninsured motorist, then cover it with your insurance, and let your insurance lawyers go after the guy.

Imagine someone had stolen your Porsche, and then got in an at fault accident, would you expect your insurance to cover an at fault accident, and jack your rates accordingly?
