These posts about accidents and problems with the poster's insurance and/or the other guys insurance turn up more than those asking what to do about that weird swelling on the side of my head or the reason my foot is at a weird angle! I learned in 1967 that if you do not have the card of an attorney in your wallet then you will suffer. Two of my daughters had wrecks, the neighbor's daughter across the street and next door neighbor's wife all had accidents where a driver ran either a stop sign or red light! In ALL these cases the other persons insurance refused to pay, the reason was "if you had not been there, you would never have been hit"! This is not just a weird CA thing as two of these are in AZ and finally all of them had to get a lawyer and sue. All were settled out of court, they all got their cars fixed w/o any costs and the lawyers all made some $$$$.

I would recommend an attorney ASAP, even in GA.
