Also FYI the ring type mirror flag castings (and pedestal) are are thinner metal section and noticeably lighter, weight saving to avoid the fractures of the door sheet metal from the heavy early flag mirrors.
Another slap on the head.
BTW if no hole in the bottom of the flag then its the early snap in type.
