This is quick and easy (quick and easy - that reminds me of a girl I knew back in my teens.)

I preheated the oven to 200 celsius I think that's about 400F

Threw a pork roast, potatoes , chopped onion, kumara - I think you fullas call it sweet potatoe, tiny bit of salt and pepper, splash of soy sauce, and into a cassorole pot (big cast iron pot with lid) and put it in the oven. After an hour I turned it down to about half the previous temperature and left it 3 or 4 hours. The pork was like pulled pork, with a subtle soy flavor.

But day two... Cold pork and the potatoes etc put under the grill. Even better on day two
