I will take a stab... not running is a big negative and if it was only a fuel pump, its likely it would have already been fixed. Without seeing pics and only having minimal information, I would say a range from 11-16 k+. Owner would be wise to throw a fuel pump on it and see if it fixes problem. If it was running good and you actually knew mileage and good PPI, would probably be in the low 20'S. Good luck, Tim
