Yes Sir,...that Glasurit spray looked quite good (as best I could tell). John's to apply a few coats of clear (DEAL!) and I'm quite certain she will wetsand/buff to a level appreciated by the P-gods. John's the best,..and the proof will show in the pudding.....I'm convinced. The reassembly will be tedious. I await John's call (request) to deliver the MANY items that reside throughout my house...GEEZE,..a COMPLETE Restoration involves a BOATLOAD of stuff....I've got the complete interior items (everything), as well as all Porsche replacement parts for the exterior parts (rubber seals, spoiler, etc,..nothing ignored there). The spreadsheet has been (long-ago) posted over on Pelican.
John's to use someone (highly endorsed-Porsche peeps) to handle the headliner, Pillars, and Gauge backing. I trust John, implicitly,..and that makes for a good ride going forward. I expect a call from him soon. You won't find me "shipping" ANY of these parts/pieces/interior via ANY carrier to John's location ~ 100 miles away. No frikin' way. TOO much time and money invested to even take a chance with a shipper. Assured, EVERYTHING WILL BE HAND-DELIVERED !!!! Loved that Country and it's people(s). Could EASILY live there. You are lucky. Have sent a fair share of parts to friends in Australia. They send me back these cool-arse cookie (things). Dig it.
