If you can buy it at a reasonable price, buy it.
As was stated above, a Carrera 3.0 is pretty rare, even more so in the states. They are phenomenal cars and are different than an SC. I sold mine for $18k about 5 years ago after previous accident damage and a few minor issues were identified during a PPI. My original asking price was $25k or so. It would be an easy $30k car today.
