I have one of those same locks. Super heavy, dam near un-cuttable and no real way to pick the lock. I loop it through my wheel, across/under the trailing arm to secure my buggy.
Really sucked that morning in Hayes Kansas when I tried to drive off with it still on the buggy. And again in Kingman Arizona. It will rip a brake line off in a heartbeat.
