No clue, but blinds have to be one of the most cheesy designed products ever. About half of the wood blinds in our house wont adjust anymore. I looked at them, and the internals are the same as the little cheap vinyl blinds. Well of course trying to push the big 2" wide aluminum slats around has just gutted the internals.
Not going to be cheap to replace them all either.
