I have had little problem with anything you do on the shipping front. But there is one thing that always gripes me: paying $6 or $7 to ship something that costs $4. Sometimes the part I seek could go in an inexpensive foam envelope but arrives in a 4 x 4 x 6 box. Seems unnecessary. I have no idea how to deal with this issue but believe there are many who have the same reaction. Thanks for asking.
