Honestly I have not looked at Net Zero as I remember them from the dial up days and did not realize they did wireless / cellular. Meaning I was thinking a dial up connection.
Facetime will work over 3G and that plan is 3G/LTE. LTE and 4G are essentially the same thing so whether she gets 3 or 4G really depends on coverage in her area.
