Thumbs up New carbon fiber bling

I've been working with 2 friends on creating some beautiful quality carbon fiber parts for my 87 911 coupe. We received and test fitted some pre production pieces over the weekend. We developed driver and passenger side floorboards. The test fit is perfect. They drop in really easily without any adjustments. I'm test driving them now and after 2 days, they are dead on.

These are so shiny, it's nearly impossible to take a good picture of them.

We also received the engine compartment fuse cover prototype. The fit is perfect on the first try. The finish of the part isn't final. It's only a prototype.
Once the molds are done, the parts are going to be super shiny like the floorboards. We apply a K1 high gloss which makes the parts really pop.

Our parts are molded using HEAT and pressure. The addition of the autoclave (heat) ensures full lamination and bonding of each layer. These carbon parts will not delaminate. They are also stronger than cold processed CF while being thinner. More to come
