It sounds like you have two problems:
1. Your car is in sleep mode = normal after ~7 days.
2. Your manual door lock assembly connection has slipped/broken off of the tumbler disabling the manual lock. Not normal.
Long wire to reach and pull the interior door handle on the other side?
