Years ago, Georgia was a no-fault insurance state, back in the 70s, IIRC. It was touted as a way to streamline the system.

Somewhere along the way, it got changed back to a at-fault insurance state. Probably, some state legislator, who owned an insurance company, figure out he could make more money that way.
I only had agreed value insurance for track day insurance, with Lockton. I'm starting to wish I had trashed it at VIR.
