Not sure what one's weight or appearance have to do with their mental fitness to carry a gun. By that standard, plenty of cops should be prohibited possessors. Never seen OC in a restaurant other than a fast food place, since OC is a no no here if alcohol is sold for consumption. Rest assured, though, lots of people CCW around you and you'll never know it.
