From Aurel's article, did you see this quote from Colin Powell?

"I have high regard for Dr. Blix," said Powell. "I know that the president had confidence in him as well. And what we're doing now is looking forward, not looking backwards."

sounds like they're looking the other way.

IMO, Powell is a good man dutifully doing things he doesn't agree with. It wouldn't surprise me if he resigns soon.
