Had something similar happen at Home Disappointment when my cart rolled away and dinged the aluminum wheel well trim on a 4-5 year old Chrysler sedan. Waited for the owner, and a man and woman showed up. I explained, apologized; offered to make it right. She was livid, he was mellow. She wanted to take it to the body shop and send me a bill. I said I'd fix it... left my business card and never heard from them.
