I like Patsy's in East Harlem, very thin crust. Or my personal fav, Europa on W6th St & 20th Ave in Brooklyn. 6423 20th Avenue or one could go to Coney Island and get Totonno's Pizzeria Napolitana 1524 Neptune Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11224.

http://best.piz.za.com) on Havemeyer between N7th & 8th Sts in Williamsburg is great as well as Pauly Gee's Greenpoint Ave between West & Franklin Sts in Greenpoint as well. Plus they are a quick L train trip into one of the most up and coming tourist destinations in the city.
I'm not a fan of L&B Spumoni Garden on 86th St in Brooklyn, I get the ****zz from their sauce.
Manhattan ain't New York,.....Brooklyn is....Owhhhhhhh!
