Those are little Piccabeen Palms......native to Australia.
We're on the northern edge of the proper climate for them - I'm hoping they will endure our winters. This job is on the barrier island so that helps moderate the temps.
There's also a nice little Tuscarora Crape Myrtle tree there to the left. It has beautiful watermelon coloured blooms in the summer.
The ornamental grass is Fakahatchee Grass.
