This may have nothing to do with the OP's question (6 vs 6+), but does it have to be an Apple product? I am possibly the last person in the Western world to do so, but a month ago I finally replaced my flip phone with an iPhone 5s...and I'm a bit disappointed. The iPhone isn't a very good phone. Reception is worse, which is the biggest point in owning a phone IMO. If I had to do it again and I had to have a smart phone, I'd try a competitor's product.
