The dealer left the sunroof open? Looks more like the car was flooded? That is a lot of water for an open sunroof. It is hard to tell from the photos and I am not a Cayenne guy (yet, hoping to be my next dd) but it seems the water effected the entire interior, not just an area under the sunroof. I would take some of those photos over to the dealer. Dealer owes you something I hope.
