Umm....the first car is mine, it will sell..
I seen POL threads before, the problem with his theory is what condition is the body, paint, interior or engine. Many SC cars under $20,000 will cost you thousand of dollars to get right. Thats where higher priced Private Owner cars like mine are a steal because it needs nothing. No engine, interior, paint, etc. when POL shows his data the cars are usually very tried needing repairs. And repairs in the Porsche world are very expensive. Not like a GM pickup, where I rebuild my 350 CI for less then $1,000.
Just talked to a guy who rebuilt his 1973 911E engine and he did some of the work, it was $25,000...
