Regardless, they still rank as one of the worlds largest economies. Those who leave make cash in the US and send it back home. Often nearing retirement, will leave the US and return to their Mexico homeland and live like kings.

You make that sound like a good thing. It certainly does not benefit the US...which is what I would hope would be the purpose of our foreign policy.
