Someone once tried to make it look like a later car, blacking out the bright trim. Poor paint match on the aftermarket duck. As mreid pointed out, the mirrors are wrong.
...and the engine is out and apart and incomplete.
Having said that, the market is strong and as it sits (assuming matching case) it's probably worth $18K or so if a 91141XXXXX and $30K or so if 91144XXXXX. Of course, if it were 91146XXXX, I'd be right over!
