^^ This would be the 'good' side^^^. Now imagine doing this under extreme pressure for productivity and quality. Then arguing over money (yours) the entire time with everyone above you. Then factor in how horrible non-OE parts are. Throw in a dash working 50-60 clock hours and getting paid for 30 maybe less by the time warranty clerk gets finished with your tickets
