I think that it supplies power to the control box for the lambda system which is located under the passenger seat , this is where the relay would be located as well.
I only know this because of info that I obtained from the PelicanParts folks. But I'm not an expert, I'm leaning about this stuff myself. Lets wait and see what Casey has to say.
