Mmmm, boiled peanuts. I don't think I've had boiled peanuts in over 20 years. I've gotta find or maybe check the net and make some. How hard can it be?

Smoked Sausage, sounds yummy. For about 4 years, I worked at a smallish place that was full of Texans and a whole bunch of guys from Louisiana. Those guys were always bringing in home made sausage, venison sausage, boudin (oh my, that stuff is tasty), chili, gumbo, etc.... Honestly, that's what I miss most about that place. Lots of REALLY good food.

THat sounds tasty! Beans are very high in fiber. Eat fiber more regularly and the side effects will eventually stop or go to a minimum.

Oh yeah, good stuff.

Last year the missus made black-eyed peas from fresh peas. Man, that stuff was tasty. I need to get her to make some again.

I need to make another batch of chili. I think I could very easily eat chili year 'round.
